Bio: 53 year old South Charlotte, NC woman had previously undergone weight loss surgery and lost over 150 lbs. She is shown here over 1 year after an extended brachioplasty (arm lift) where the skin removed involved both her arm and the side of her chest and upper flank near her breast. This allowed for a nice flat contour of both her arms and upper chest. Her scars have healed well and are difficult to see both with her arms raised as well as in conversational positions.
